About Ian
Ian Cauble, a Master Sommelier, is among a select group of 274 individuals worldwide to pass the challenging exam since 1969. His journey was featured in the 2012 documentary SOMM, gaining a cult following. Originally from Huntington Beach, California, Ian pursued his academic and athletic goals at Sonoma State University while playing Tennis. After graduating in 2003 with an International Business degree, supplemented by Wine Business and Spanish studies, Ian's wine career took off during a transformative harvest in Portugal. He achieved notable accolades, winning the 'Best Young Sommelier in the World' competition in Athens, Greece, and securing first place in the TOP|SOMM competition in the United States in 2011. Ian currently resides in Napa Valley, California, with his wife and children, actively engaged in his Napa Valley-based brand, Method and Vyne Wine Co. His involvement reflects his enduring commitment to the world of wine and creating exceptional experiences for enthusiasts.

Ed Muldoon is a seasoned veteran of the gaming industry, renowned for his invaluable contributions to the successful launches of major AAA entertainment properties. With an impressive track record, Ed has held influential leadership roles at esteemed companies including ZeniMax Media, Microsoft, Sony, and Bungie, making significant strides in the field of publishing. Drawing upon his expertise in live service engagement, Ed is now on a mission to revolutionize the wine industry by infusing it with the standard sensibilities he honed in mobile gaming. Inspired by his partner and CEO, Master Sommelier Ian Cauble, Ed's passion for wine continues to grow as he immerses himself in this captivating world. Outside of work, Ed embraces the joys of parenthood as a proud father of two, and when the opportunity arises, he indulges his (slightly obsessive) love for golf on the course.

About Connor
Connor is a passionate hospitality and gastronomy professional with 18 years of experience. He first began his career in the restaurant industry at the age of 14 in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia. Since then, he has traveled the world, exploring the culinary arts through his work in fine dining and wine consulting. In 2016, Connor met Master Sommelier Ian Cauble and relocated to Napa Valley to join Ian’s wine team at SommSelect. He quickly rose through the ranks, developing the company's Private Client division and offering bespoke wine consultation services to his clientele. In 2023, Connor joined Ian, longtime friend Brian Baker, and Ed Muldoon to launch Vyne Wine Co. Connor loves spending time outdoors and traveling in his spare time, as well as playing the drums, surfing, and cooking as much as possible. More than anything, he’s eager to share his passion and expertise with others.

About Brian
Brian was born and raised in Southern California, where he developed an interest in food and wine in his early 20s, inspired by his parents.While studying at Cal State Fullerton, Brian began his career working for Bank of America. He spent several years there before ultimately leaving in 2014 to pursue his interest in the wine business. In 2015, Brian joined Jackson Family Wines as a District Manager. He relocated to Napa in 2017 to help lead the Sales & Hospitality team at Lokoya & Cardinale Estate. In 2023, Brian joined Vyne Wine Co. as part of the founding team along with friends Ian Cauble, Connor Howard, and Ed Muldoon. In his spare time, Brian enjoys cooking, camping, and hiking with his wife Jessica and their two cats, Kobe and Gigi. On any given day, you may find them glued to the television cheering on their beloved Dodgers, Lakers, and Rams.
